Standard Shipping Times
USA and Canada: 7 - 20 days
Oceania: 8 - 20 days
Europe: 8 - 30 days
Latin America: 9 - 40 days
Other countries: 11 - 50 days
Processing Times
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order
before shipping out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@tatelftattoo.com . All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@tatelftattoo.com . If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Customs and Duties
Tatelftattoo does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Tatelftattoo does not pay these fees.
